Breakfast
I do not always have an appetite when I first wake up in the morning. Sometimes you might not feel like eating before you get on the bus.
If you do not eat before you get on the bus, make sure you pack extra food. You might need two sandwiches and three pieces of fruit. You might need a baggie of cereal or a muffin.
Ask your parent to help you pack extra food on those no breakfast days. When you don't eat breakfast you might feel like eating your whole lunch when you get to school. And then you are so hungry at lunch that you get the HANGRIES!
